As a marketer, I realized early in my career that a organization's culture can work to enhance
their story when authentic, and can also be harmful if the story isn't supported by truth. It was
when I found myself in a position where the story that leadership wanted to tell and the reality
didn't align, that I stepped in to help change the story. Serving in both management and
leadership roles I have been able to make real changes within cultures that have positively
in fluenced an organization's ability to attract and retain customers as well as high quality
talent. I am passionate about leading companies on a path to de fine their authentic brand story,
and then promote it outward to achieve their goals.
